Color-vision

Sorry I’ve been gone so long. I’ve been busy working on getting the pieces for the 120 cards we are doing at church this weekend ready to go. Think that is ready and now I’m back.

Today I had the day off, so here is what I made:
A very colorful and shiny card. How much bling can you add? Probably more than I did, but this is WAY more than I’m comfortable with. Entered this one in the weekly challenge at ScrapZee, as well as in the MFP SpeedyTV FOSTV challenge. Just about everything on this card has some sparkle or shine. 6-24-13 Sparkle

This one is for the MFP SpeedyTV Sketch With a Twist Challenge for this week. It also works for the StampTV challenge on doing a card in black and white with a bit of gray, then redoing the card in color. You know, I like color tv better than black and white, but I almost think the black and white version of the card is better. What do you think? 6-25-13 BandW vs Color

At the same time, I’ve been working my way through a series on Netflix, which makes it take much longer to craft.  I did, however, get the laundry done.  Now, I need to run get the ironing done and get ready for the work meeting this evening.  Oops!

Thanks for spending some time with me today!

  1. Your Chloe card is very sparkly! It is fun to push outside the normal comfort zone a little isn’t, really helps us to stretch ourselves and our talents. I think I like the B+W card better, and I am a color person too! Working in B+W values however make you appreciate color value a little differently. Great cards and thanks for entering at MFP STV!

  2. Chloe in full technicolor sparkle is gorgeous but I do prefer the black and white 2nd card. Good luck with the ironing – It is a job I hate, but when feeling stressed seem to be able to get more done!
