Christmas Bird

I don’t recall what sort of bird is typically associated with Christmas, but as this one is on my Christmas paper, I’m thinking this is it.

This is a pretty simple Christmas card I did for the Sketch With A Twist challenge this week at MFP SpeedyTV.  (Sorry, still no computer, so no links.). The twist was to use animals in a Christmas card.

Thanks for spending time with me today.

  1. Love your co-ordinating image to go with your paper. I know that cardinals are often associated with Christmas. This looks like a robin but I may be mistaken. Robins are supposed to symbols of good luck so this works too. Thanks for joining us this week on Sketch with a Twist.

    1. Thanks, Christine. Cardinals are what I was thinking, but didn’t think that’s what this bird was. The only other one I can think of is a partridge, in a pear tree, of course. 🙂
