After I did the last card, I had a couple more of the images I had done, but just weren’t quite what I wanted for it. So, I had some fun making more cards.
This one I did using the oval center piece, as well as one of the images. I was going for a re-purposed surfboard feel, so I brought in some fun background embossing. This is for the MFP SpeedyTV Inspiration Challenge this week. I used the image from the Spring Mix set (Gina K) and a piece of patterned paper from the Parisian Garden paper pack (Gina K). The inks I used are all Memento: Sweet Plum, Flannel Gray, Elderberry, Lulu Lilac.
This one used more of the same and I just added some flowers (Recollections) and ribbon. I did use Stardust pens (Sakura) to highlight the oval and the words. This is for the Wednesday challenge at ScrapZee.com.
Used totally different materials for this one, but sure had fun trying something new. I used white embossing powder on black card stock for a fun look. The sentiment is from the Western Sentiments set (MFT) and the image is from the Primitive Blessings set (Gina K). Embossing powder is from Recollections. Not sure where the fun paper is from. I did use some Bamboo Leaves ink (Memento) and stamped a tree from the Primitive Blessings set on it, but that doesn’t show up very much. This is for the MFP SpeedyTV Friends of StampTV challenge.
I started another card, but haven’t had time to finish it. Maybe tomorrow.
Thanks for spending some time with me!
Lovely selection of cards. Like the blackboard look new home card you are sharing for our FOSTV challenge. Thanks

Wow, you were really inspired, your cards are beautiful. I love the frame around the first one which reminds me of waves so that along with the colors is perfect. I like the flowers on the second one and the paper. The third definitely looks like the chalkboard inspiration picture.
Thank you for joining us for the Inspiration challenge over at Speedy TV.
