Simon Says Stamp Blog challenge for Monday is to use resist. Their Wednesday challenge is to do a slimline card.
The WeCraftCards.com challenge this week is to use a pun. I had started this and came up with 4 images from My Favorite Things and their punny sentiments. Sorry, couldn’t help myself.
Here are the other 2 that I did. All 4 cards are slimline style and have a pun, only 2 were resist.

Once again, the color isn’t quite right in the picture. It really is super cute. Used an MFT Die-Namic for stitched sentiments. I heat embossed the pawprints in clear, then inked over them. Some are hidden, but it was fun to do. Used Distress ink and some blending brushes for the background.

This is my favorite of all 4. I used a Gina K Designs background stripe stamp to do my banner. Used the same MFT Die-namic Stitched Sentiment. Also colored these with Prismacolor Pencils. Colored last night, then did backgrounds and put them together this afternoon.
Smaller cards are quicker to do, but not as economical as A2. These were lots of fun to make.
Thank you for spending some of your valuable time with me!
I like all 4 of them. My favorite would be the dog, because they always draw my eye. But all look fun! They look like you really enjoyed yourself, which is the best thing.

These came out great, too! Cute dog and great resist background. Your stamped banner looks awesome; I thought it was patterned paper. Love your chef as well!!

Thanks Lisa. I thought about searching through my PP to try and find what I wanted, but figured making it was MUCH easier.
